If your order arrives damaged or the packaging has been visibly affected during shipping, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund — no questions asked.

Please notify us within 1–2 days of receiving your parcel by emailing with a photo of the damage and your order number.

Due to the nature of our products (coffee, tea, and edible goods), we do not accept returns on opened or used items, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
